crea una foto chiara e leggibile della schermata del codice di ripristino della password (con numero di serie e indirizzo mac). Forse posso aiutarti, se la macchina ha la data/ora corretta impostata.

First of all, there is no possibility to remove messages here (only moderator can, but usually he's out there).
Yes I wrote the text about annoying Italians, however more as a joke, and _after_ the second reset code - because after two days of silence (priv with the first reset code) in 10 minutes you have wrote 4 messages in total, both in this topic and as a private messages (all of them in italian, even if we are all using english here).
None of those messages didn't gave me clear information about non-working code, instead I got additional photos of request codes, written request codes (same as on photos).

Sorry that you felt offended by a joke about Italians, being a Bulgarian...

I also have the same problem with a bizhub 287,
ce and admin password changed, date is correct, time is forward by five minutes but i can't correct it.
is it possible to get some help?
